The low end of the blood pressure spectrum is usually based on symptoms. Blood pressure (BP) that is too low will cause you to feel dizzy or light-headed, especially when you first stand up. Sometimes blood pressure will be as low as the 80's or 90's for the systolic (top) number when we sleep. The upper end of the normal BP range is considered 140/90 for the purposes of diagnosing high blood pressure. Recent research has shown that for people with high blood pressure, the lower pressure that you can achieve the better off you are. For example, if you are on medicine, your goal shouldn't be 140/90 but more like 120/70.

It depends on your age and weight however most doctors would say 70 over 100 is a good bp
