I have contacts but i want to switch colors but my brand of contact dont have the color i want so do i have to go get a new eye exam to switch brands and get the color i want????

Your contact prescription is actually for the particular brand and usually color, so you will have to get a new exam. You might call your eye doctor to make sure. If you order them through your eye doctor usually they probably won't charge you though since you aren't changing anything.

I just tried to do that, for the same reason, I want a color that FRESHLOOK doesn't have. I buy all my contacts from 1800contacts and they told me that a different brand has a different ordering status. You have to see your eye doctor for a prescription change.



1800contacts works with Walmart eye screening now. It may be cheaper to go through them. I made an appointment with them.
